The CBR 118 is a single 18 inch high power, high performance driver housed in a bass reflex cabinet scientifically designed to obtain the optimum performance of the driver. This 18 inch transducer has a massive power handling capacity of 900 watts AES. It incorporates an edge-wound ribbon voice coil of 4.5 inches in diameter, and a massive vented magnetic structure. It uses dual spider suspension. The cabinet has a fairly large internal volume in order to deliver deep bass sounds, and it is heavily braced to overcome internal resonance and exhibits a clean transient response.
